Context: Campus & Talent Partnerships Team 

The Campus & Talent Partnerships team is part of the Talent Acquisition Department at Mantu. Its mission is not only to recruit early talents, but to build and activate long-term ecosystems of future candidates through strategic partnerships, communities, and innovative talent engagement models. 

We operate at the intersection of: 

  • Talent Acquisition  
  • Strategic partnerships with schools, universities, and Junior Enterprises (JE)  
  • Talent community building & nurturing  
  • Digital transformation of sourcing through automation & AI  

 

We are currently evolving from a traditional campus recruitment function into a data-driven, AI-enabled talent ecosystem builder, capable of identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent continuously rather than only during recruitment peaks. 

The intern will report to the Senior Campus Recruitment Coordinator (France)

 

Mission 

You will contribute to one core ambition: 

Build and scale high-quality talent pipelines by combining flagship campus programs, Junior Enterprise partnerships, and AI-powered talent nurturing systems. 

Your role sits at the intersection of program management, partnerships, and talent innovation

 

1. Mantu Manager Program 2026 

You will support the design and execution of the Mantu Manager Program, combining: 

  • Asynchronous learning via 360Learning LMS  
  • Live sessions to drive engagement and interaction  

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate program operations and stakeholders  
  • Ensure participant engagement and follow-up  
  • Contribute to program structuring and continuous improvement  

 

You will also own the relationship with Junior Enterprises (JE) and support their conversion into structured talent pipelines for Mantu. 

 

2. Campus & JE Partnerships 

You will help expand Mantu’s presence within key schools and JE ecosystems by: 

  • Identifying and activating new student and JE partnerships  
  • Pitching Mantu’s value proposition to student organizations  
  • Organizing campus activations (forums, workshops, events)  
  • Ensuring strong conversion from engagement to talent pipelines  

 

3. AI & Talent Nurturing 

You will contribute to the development of AI-driven talent engagement and community management, including: 

  • Designing automated nurturing workflows for candidates  
  • Exploring AI tools to improve sourcing and segmentation  
  • Structuring and maintaining warm talent pipelines  
  • Supporting the transition from community engagement to recruitment activation  

 

This pillar places the internship at the crossroads of Talent Acquisition and AI transformation. 

 

Profile 

  • Engineering or Business school student (gap year / final internship)  
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital tools  
  • Experience in or exposure to Junior Enterprises (a plus)  
  • Fluent in French and English  
  • Strong communication and project management skills  
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
