We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR apprentice to join our Global HRBP team for a 12-month apprenticeship. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced HR environment. The apprentice will support various HR initiatives and projects, providing valuable insights and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and coordination of HR projects and initiatives.
Support the HRBP team in day-to-day activities, including data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Participate in the development and execution of employee engagement programs.
Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations.
Help with the preparation and delivery of HR presentations and communications.
Maintain and update HR records and databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR activities.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
